Background

The Skills Exchange Service is based on a very basic concept. Offering our own skills or services to others on a personal basis in exchange for the skills and/or services that they can offer us in return. A kind of skills / services swop shop or bartering service.

Function

This site provides a simple mechanism for bringing parties together for this exchange of skills or services.
Users register the skill/service set that they are prepared to offer and the skill or service set that they want to acquire.

Benefits

Learning party offers their skill set in exchange for skills or services.
individuals can find others that possess the skill set that they require
can establish mutually beneficial 1:1 relationships.
The service can operate within the same or completely different and diverse spheres.
